Update: Parties are still in talks and five point agreement is to be announced through a press meet happening shortly in Constitution Assembly house.
Madhesi Morcha and Maoists ministers tabled their resignation to PM Baburam Bhattarai, this late to pave the way for national consensus government. In the marathon talks between three party and Madhesi Morcha, they had already agreed to form a national government but they were disagreeing who to lead and when to give leadership to Congress. Maoists and Madhesi Morcha wants to form a unity government under BRB leadership but UML, Congress wants BRB to resign immediately to form national unity government under NC leadership. Sources claim that all disputed issues including federalism are agreed and are being put in a constitution draft. Official words are yet to come.
