Marking his birth anniversary, I am here to post top ten unknown incidents in his life (taken from film maker/writer Prakash Sayami).

Mastram, the fictional autobiography of an anonymous erotic writer, is scheduled to release on May 9, 2014. There has been huge competition in getting the all india rights for the movie as it has created a buzz from the very beginning with such explicit content. Gangs of Wasseypur writer Akhilesh Jaiswal has set his foot in film making with the directorial debut in Mastram. The trailer has already garnered million hits on the video sharing website Youtube. With no any star cast and not even a big production flick, the movie has created such a hype in Indian film Industry that it is already seen as a big hit, with such a provoking adult content.
The movie is a story of a writer who aspires to be an established author but ends up writing pornography anonymously under the name Mastram and becomes an instant hit in the railway stalls, small streets in North India. As the Mastram books are even published today but his identity is not out yet, the movie is based on the fictional biography of the popular pornogrpahy writer. The filmmaker has also tried to convey message to the society to change the way in treating a porn writer.
Bohra Bohrs production Mastram stars Rahul Bagga in the lead role whereas Tara Alisha berry debuts as his wife. Though It has created a big hype in our southern neighbour and is scheduled to release on May 9, the movie is not known to release on the same date here in Nepal. No worries as the pirated ones will be widespread on the very same date, but it will be a great fun to watch it in bigger screen.
In a surprise twist to the Indian reality TV show Big Boss, they are going to merge the two houses: Main house and the mud house, later was created just two weeks ago. Though it was already in the media, the merger is confirmed in Dec 1 show that is showed in the snippet of the next days show. Even Salman talked the possibility of the merge earlier but it was not clear.
Modern house has 10 inmates whereas Mud house (padosi ghar) has just 4 contestants. With this merger, 14 contestants will be in the house and it is also known that all contestants will be nominated for this week show, out of which 3 contestants will be evicted. Now that's what i call "Alag chee", Big Boss 6 is now getting back to the track for all the actions and twists.
With this merger, it will be fun to watch people who got evicted and had a close eye on the main house from outside, back in the house. It will be more interesting to see how most of the inmates team up to gun down Imam- a moron or a stupid fellow. If there is great loss with this merger, then that would be for Urbashi who showed her bitchy heart to the Aashka, Delnas, and Shana team. Regarding the eviction, I think one of the inmates would be Nirauha and how could I forget Imam - I am sure he will be out of the house this week. Karishma who is not doing anything inside the house, has also great chances of getting eviction.
Bollywood Actress Priyanka Chopra released her debut song "In my city" collaborating with Black eyed peas rapper cum musician Will.i.am. Recent hit movie Barfi Actress Priyanka said she had put a lot of effort in the album, and she was amazingly excited working together with the popular artist will.i.am in the studio and believes that her song will blow the world. She whereas refuted the probability of singing songs for the movie Krish 3 and Zanjeer (Remake of old Zanjeer) that was in rumor for sometime. "No, not as of now, because I have a contract with my label (Universal). But at some point, you never know. I probably will," says the actor, whose single has been produced by RedOne (they have also worked with Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Nicky Minaj). "I worked hard on the album over the past one and half years, including undergoing vocal training. The album launch was the result of all my vocal classes despite four films in the interim. My tutor would come with me to the sets," says Priyanka.
It is also known that the actress's single 'in my city' so impressed the three khans Amir Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan that they have praised the song in media. This is one of the rare occurrence that the three khans are in same position for someone/something.
The song "In my city" does not sound like a song from an Indian actress, when I first listened the song, it sounded so international with her husky voice and the music from will.i.am was awesome. Somewhere in the song she sounded like J.Lo and I believe this single will do big in the whole of the World Charts. Way to go Priyanka Chopra, and it would not be big surprise if she calls herself PC (short name for her singing career).

Salman Khan- who has had three biggest opener of all time with Bodyguard ( IRs 21.5 Crore), Dabbang (IRs. 14.4 Crore) and Ready (IRs. 13.5 Crore) has again topped the biggest opening records with Ek Tha Tiger, beating Agneepath (IRs. 25.65 Crore) and Ra.One (IRs. 22 Crore). Salman and Katrina starer movie was released on August 15, a national holiday for their independence from British Rule, and made it to earn IRs. 32 Crore with perfect combination of national holiday, Strategic promotion from Yash Raj Films and Salman +Katrina hype. Indian Media reports there were never such crowd before both in the multiplex and single screens.
Not only in India, Nepal has also witnessed the biggest blockbuster Indian Movie as all the multiplexes now shows Ek Tha Tiger and due to which several Nepali movies are in trouble, among which some have postponed their release date. Jism 2 review: A saga of love, betrayal and guilt!
As the ‘Jism 2’ story unfolds on screen, a topless Sunny Leone introduces herself as Izna in the packed movie hall - the audience start hooting for the woman who has made almost all men across the nation go weak on their knees. Forget men, even women can’t help but admire her raw sex appeal.
Pooja Bhatt’s much hyped erotic thriller makes a mockery of the genre. ‘Jism 2’ starts with Izna, a porn star, narrating her (love) story with a pinch of guilt while she is on her deathbed. Izna earns her daily living by sleeping with men at random hotels. Enter Ayaan (played by Arunoday Singh) who sleeps with her one night and the following morning introduces himself as an officer of some secret Indian intelligence agency. Ayaan’s mission is to convince Izna to do ‘desh ki madad’ by approaching her ex-lover Kabir (played by Randeep Hooda) who is now an assassin wiping out prominent figures from the political and security arena. So, Izna packs her bags with Ayaan and flies down all the way to Sri Lanka with the aim to extract Kabir’s secret data that helps him in helming all his criminal activities.
So here we have a typical Bollywood cliché - a complex love triangle where a woman is trapped between her long lost emotions for her ex-lover Kabir and Ayaan’s growing fondness for her which she too, at times, reciprocates. But our ‘patriot’ porn star Izna must kill her emotions for Kabir to save the nation.
The story maybe a bit obscure but the screenplay is quite well-written though it is hard to compare the movie with ‘Arth’ as the film’s director Pooja Bhatt claims it to be. Also, keeping aside the few aesthetically shot sex scenes in the film and Leone’s cleavage show, it is unfair to bracket it as an erotic or a sleazy film.
Both, Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda fit well into their respective characters but the trophy goes to Randeep for portraying such an intense role with élan. As Kabir, Hooda does things passionately- be it making love, killing or even reciting Urdu poetry.
Moving on to the new heartthrob of millions in India- Sunny Leone is not that bad either. Despite her dubbed dialogues, it shows that she has put an effort in her debut Hindi film. The girl looks fresh, beautiful and convincing onscreen.
But the film falls short to create that much needed impact. It is hard to decipher why Arunoday Singh has to first sleep with Sunny Leone before introducing himself. Was it because even he could not resist the ‘golden’ chance of making love to her? Second, Sunny Leone claims herself to be a porn star in the film, but there is hardly any scene that shows her getting filmed while doing the act. Funnily, she is shown sleeping around men to earn her bread and butter. Can someone please tell Ms Bhatt that a porn star need not be a prostitute?
Like most of Bhatt camp’s films, this one too has soulful music which strikes the right chord in one’s heart. The songs are just apt for every situation and it is difficult to pick a single as your favourite.
Final Verdict: ‘Jism 2’ is worth watching once- for the bikini clad Sunny Leone of course!

India’s first superstar – these words are spoken only in context of Rajesh Khanna. He inspired mass hysteria during his time, women fainted, wrote their number on his car in lipstick, wanted to get married to him and even sent him letters written in blood. While there had been stars even before Rajesh Khanna, Rajkumar, Dilip Kumar, but Kaka was special. His mannerisms, his style, his dialogue delivery.
Rajesh Khanna was born Jatin Khanna in Amritsar in 1942. He moved with relatives of his biological parents who adopted him to Girgaum, Mumbai. In 1965, he won the All India Talent Contest organized by Filmfare. He made his debut in Chetan Anand's Aakhri Khatthe in 1966. But it was Aradhana in 1969 that gave him the iconic superstar status.
He gave hits after hits with the cult Haathi Mere Saathi, Khamoshi, Kati Patang, Anand and Amar Prem. He won three Filmfare awards as well as the Lifetime Achievement, among other honours.
Despite his boy-next-door charm, Rajesh Khanna the actor donned many hats - terminally ill Anand, a canny chef in Bawarchi, a lonely husband in Amar Prem, and a psychiatric patient in Khamoshi. He was one half of several smash hit screen jodis, with actresses Sharmila Tagore, Mumtaz, Tina Munim, Asha Parekh and Hema Malini. He had the most memorable dialogues, the superhit songs and the biggest films of his time, dominating the Seventies in every way.
At the pinnacle of his success, Rajesh Khanna fans lined roads as he drove by and kissed his car as it passed. Mumtaz remembers an occasion when they arrived in Chennai at midnight, to find the hotel mobbed by some 600 odd women. According to Sharmila Tagore, female fans "married" photographs of Khanna and he required police protection in public. A famous scene from Amar Prem, set against the Howrah Bridge in Kolkata, could not actually be shot on location because authorities feared the bridge itself would collapse under the weight of the gathered fans.
His fall was as meteoric as his rise, suddenly he was replaced by Rishi as the eternal loverboy and he as relegated to, eventiually, doing pictures like Wafaa and Goraa.
Even though by late 80s and 90s he was almost forgotten by Bollywood, he took to politics. He was a Congress Lok Sabha MP from 1992 to 1996.
His personal life was as colourful as his on-screen persona, his seven-year-long live in relationship with actress Anju Mahendru, alleged flings with Mumtaz and Tina Munim and then his marriage to 16-year-old Dimple Kapadia, 11 years his junior in 1973. They were together for 11 years and had two daughters, they divorced in 1984. He is survived by Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle and Rinke Khanna, sons-in-law Akshay Kumar and Sameer Saran.
I still remember his popular role as "Anand" in the movie Ananda and the dialogue "Anand Mara Nahin Anand marte nahin" striked my ear when I heard his dismissal. As the line says you are not gone...you are always the superstar in the cinematic excellence of Bollywood....you will always be remembered. May his soul rest in Peace.
In an industry where many musicians give outstanding melodious song not from their own but copied or inspired from foreign songs, Sunny Leon debut and Pooja Bhatt directed Movie Jism 2 adds in its title track in the list. And another debut is also from the composer Arko Pravo Mukherjee, who likes to put it as being inspired. The title track 'Ye Jism hai' is in the latest plagiarism controversy that is identified by netizens to be close to two turkish songs Kayahan's "Bizimkisi bir ask hikayesi",and the other is Bengu's "Unut beni". Kayahan is a Turkish pop singer and composer, who has released more than eight bestselling albums during a career spanning 30 years. Bengu Erden, on the other hand, is a 33-year-old Turkish pop music singer with seven music albums to her credit.
Arko argues there are many tunes that inspires me to make music and opening tunes of many turkish songs are similiar. He further puts there are other four five songs that have similar tunes to his song 'Yeh Jism'. The song is sung by Ali Azmat and features Sunny Leone with Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh. Porn star turned reality TV star turned Actress Sunny Leone's debut movie Jism 2 is scheduled to release this August. Pooja Bhatta directorial/production venture in her father Mahesh Bhatt's Story seems another promising adult rated Indian cinema that has been the talk of B-town lately. The movie is co-produced by Dino Morea and the erotic adult thriller movie is a sequel to John Ibraham and Bipasa Basu starer of the same genre movie Jism.
Sunny Leone stars in the lead role in the movie along with Randeep Hoda and Arunoday Singh. Mahesh Bhatt who has seen the movie compares his Jism 2 to Italian Romance drama "Last Tango in Paris" but it's not known if the story he wrote is a copy from the Italian movie, starring Marlon Brando or some other foreign film as the first Jism did from Billy Wilder's 1944 film, Double Indemnity.
As the movie stars Canadian/Indian Porn star Sunny, the movie is expected to have lot of steamy scenes and that must be within the boundary of what Indian cinema can swallow to give uncensored A certificate.

For me it's a movie just to see how a director puts in a real porn star in a porn star role and the movie gets a Adult certificate without a single cut (uncensored).

Actress Katrina Kaif has again topped the list of world's sexiest woman in a poll conducted by a leading men's lifestyle magazine.
Katrina, who has a string of films lined up release like 'Ek Tha Tiger', 'Dhoom 3' and Yash Chopra's untitled film with Shahrukh Khan, has for the fourth time topped the list of world's sexiest woman.

Update: According to some news, it is known that the movie Barfee was shot in beautiful scenery of Darjeeling and Anurag Basu, the director had promised to launch the music of Barfee in Darjeeling but the music release is not happened yet. It is also learned that Barfee has a Nepali Actor Bhola raj Sapkota on it who is introduced to Basu by Prashant Rasailly ( Acharya, Kathaa). Rumor has it that Barfee has a Nepali song on it but it is also not confirmed yet.
Ranbir Kapoor starer Barfi Trailer is released yesterday. Directed by Anurag Basu, the movie (taking its name from sweet "Barfi") is about a guy who cannot speak and listen, but have charming abilities to deal with ladies. The movie also features Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D’Cruz in lead roles. Newly released trailer shows Ranbir Character in funny and juvenile scenes with a good background score but without any wordings. The movie is scheduled to release on September 14, 2012. In the trailer, we could see Ranbir Kapoor dancing with people dressed in traditional Nepali attire and a man is seen playing Panche Baja (Traditional Nepali Instrument), so is the movie shot in Nepal or in the city where majority people with origin from Nepal live. A fake news item about actor Amitabh Bachchan's death in a car accident has been doing the rounds since Tuesday. A blog post said, “Amitabh Bachan died in a single vehicle crash on Route 80 between Morristown and Roswell. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics responding to the vehicle accident"
The blogpost went on to give details about the superstar's funeral also.
Memorial services for Amitabh Bachan have not yet been announced. The service is expected to be a closed casket funeral due to the severe head trauma. Additional details and information will be forthcoming as they become available.”
