Update: Kantipur TV aired the earlier news quoting Jhalanath Khanal, when he was getting out of the four party meeting. But Avenues TV has a breaking news with no agreement between the parties and 4 parties to meet tommorow to decide on the issue.
From this, we can predict the agreement to happen tomorrow with 11 states with multi-ethno, multi cultural recognition.
Four Parties(Nepali Congress, CPN UML, UPCN Maoists and Madhesi Morcha) agreed on 11 federal states in the New Constitution to be promulgated within 17 days time from today. Also they have agreed to do that not on the basis of ethnicity. Naming and other details are yet to come. Now we have to wait and see how the different agitating groups takes this decision.
