Council of ministers decides New elections date on Mangsir 7, 2069 as proposed by PM in a meeting, though UML, and small parties disagreed with this proposal. Earlier it was told that he will be addressing nation after parties failed to reach consensus. PM Baburam Bhatarai is now going to President Bhawan Shital Niwas to notify him of the decision.
