Kamal Thapa demands of Neutral Election Government headed by Chief Justice Khilraj Regmi.

Speaking in a protest assembly in Khulla manch, Kamal Thapa, President of Ra.Pra.Pa Nepal has lambasted four parties to be responsible for current crisis and the dissolution of Constituent Assembly on Jestha 14. He asserted that the four party agreement is not acceptable in any cost to his party and Nepali people will protest against such acts. He also expressed his party is not afraid of any elections but demanded a neutral government or government headed by Chief Justice (Supreme Court) Khilraj Regmi to hold the elections. He was also confident of the reinstatement of Monarchy either through election or People's movement. He opined the outcome of first CA meeting that ousted then King Gyanendra to be invalid as the CA is now dissolved. He declared the current constitutional state of Nepal being just the date before the Constitutional Assembly Elections when King was having a ceremonial state in the constitution, so he told then King Gyanendra to wait for sometime after which millions of people will bring him from Nagarjun to Narayanhiti. He also demanded the reinstatement of 2047 Constitution with Hindu Kingdom to save Nepal from current crisis.
