Nepal Electricity Authority has further increased the loadshedding hours from 69 hours a week to 84 hours which is exactly 12 hours per day. New loadshedding schedule effective from Mangsir 23 (Dec 8)

Nepal Electricity Authority has released a new loadshedding schedule today in which there will be 70 hours power cut per week. Earlier it was 56 hours per week just changed last week (Mangsir 13). They cited decrease in water level in rivers and reservoir being the reason for such increase in power outage .
