CPN UML Leader Bhim Rawal declared of No Constitution to be promulgated before Midnight Jestha 14. Talking to Rabindra Mishra for BBC Nepali service, he was negative of any agreement between parties for the divulging issue of federalism type, naming and demarcation. Also the lack of time to go for voting for contentious issues, now hinders the constitution promulgation within the deadline through voting in CA . He was one of the leaders present in the four party meetings held today. Though there is immense pressure from 'real' people and Supreme Court Stay Order after Government tabled a bill to extend CA tenure by 3 months, political parties lack the will power and decision making power to solve the issue before the deadline. And for the question of what will be the appropriate constitutional solution for the crisis and the fate of President, Government after Jestha 14, I have found Political Analysts and lawyers divided over the issue. So it is hard to speculate the development that will unfold after Jestha 14. But no matter what real' people don't want this current CA to continue with the current equation in CA, opposite school of thoughts in parties making the agreement almost impossible. As majority parties are going against people's thoughts and feelings, we need to think of showing people's verdict either by asking for referendum in contentious issues, or doing people's movement.
