Another promising movie in the full on promotional campaign -Chadke (a new nepali movie) releases it's first trailer and posters in an press event in Kathmandu. Being based on city gangsters story, Chadke is written and directed by Nigam Shrestha and produced by the hit duo (of Loot)- Madhav Wagle and Narendra Maharjan.
Another promising movie in the full on promotional campaign -Chadke (a new nepali movie) releases it's first trailer and posters in an press event in Kathmandu. Being based on city gangsters story, Chadke is written and directed by Nigam Shrestha and produced by the hit duo (of Loot)- Madhav Wagle and Narendra Maharjan.
The movie stars the super hit duo Saugat Malla and Dayahang Rai (from Loot). Robin Tamang- the rockstar of Nepal from the band Robin and the new Revolution, ( and former Robin and Looza) is also debuting in the movie along with other new actors like Bipin Karki, Kameshwor Chaurasiya, Nikun Shrestha and Safal KC. Actress Namrata Shrestha is also seen in the movie with the gangster looks and a picture of her riding bullet in the promotional picture looks simply awesome. Other amazing actors include Arpan Thapa (Batch no. 16), theater artist Sunil Pokharel, Pratik Raj Neupane ( Khatri of Loot and the lead guitarist of the metal band Binaash).Cinematographer and Poster Designer are the two crew members that are being noted much in Nepali cinema these days, and those works are performed by Sanjay Lama and Anand Maharjan (the designer of the promotional materials).
The trailer looks stunning with the Neta (Saroj Mani Pandit) played by Sunil Pokharel, panch badar gang with Aslam, Tate, Boksi, Soli and leader Chewang Lama played by Robin Tamang, Royal Gang and Psycho Bhote played by Dayahang Rai, Kuri Gang. With the trailer, it seems there will be Gang fights, gun shots, blood shed, Political conspiracy, and amusing intermingled plots. The movie is planned to release Februaury 2013, till then we expect more trailers, posters and some hint for the plot too. Lets keep our finger crossed.
